Investigators from the multiagency San Diego Tunnel Task Force check out the tunnel's entrance Wednesday. The tunnel went down 20 feet and is equipped with electricity and ventilation.

Numerous authors have written in regarding their futile attempts to secure a refund, citing this has continued egregiously for months upon months--calls and emails to the 'Resolutions Department' go unanswered.

We have been given what might be one 'resolution,' that has worked. If enough authors (that believe they have been scammed), follow through, perhaps the Attorney General of Indiana will be forced to investigate. 'Long shot with the way money flows these days and the 'too big to fail' notion...but, sometimes ethics prevail.
